Strategy – Boule’s overall strategy is to deliver complete hematology systems with state-of-the-art performance and to supply customer support and maintenance during the full product life cycle.  Boule’s three-part strategy is based on a model for selling hematology systems via a strong distribution network in a decentralized market segment specializing in near patient testing.
